The coach - Lacey Epstein

Lacey helps leaders develop a powerful voice, expand their influence, and share their ideas with the world. Her coaching journey began early in her career when, shortly after college, she became the youngest Division I head tennis coach in the nation. That experience shaped her lifelong passion for coaching, leadership, and helping others reach their full potential.

Her approach blends proven communication techniques with personalized strategies tailored to each client's goals, ensuring they build the confidence, presence, and clarity needed to excel in any speaking environment. For more than 20 years, Lacey has stood in the same rooms her clients navigate today - presenting in boardrooms, alongside C-suite leaders, and in front of audiences of hundreds. She brings real-world experience, practical insight, and a deep understanding of what it takes to lead, communicate, and inspire through your voice.

The approach

Every leader and communicator starts from a different place. My approach is built on meeting people where they are - understanding their current strengths, challenges, and goals - then creating a path forward that is practical, personalized, and impactful.

Through in-person or virtual coaching, I work with individuals and teams to build on what already exists: strengthening confidence, refining communication skills, and developing strategies that feel authentic and sustainable.
